David Freudiger

David F. Freudiger, attorney and counselor at law for more than twenty-five years, has extensive professional experience  in government, university, corporate and private law firm environments. Throughout this time period, his practice has focused on litigation matters. As General Counsel to corporations, he has shepherded businesses through the complex web of rules and regulations that govern the modern era. As a litigator helping individuals secure their rights, he has learned to fight for the causes of the oppressed. As counsel to governmental entities, he has acquired detailed knowledge of and appreciation for the unique challenges facing public and private institutions. With a passion for public service, he has served on the Boards of numerous nonprofit associations. David is frequently praised as a skilled communicator and writer.

David has litigated environmental, bankruptcy, contract, probate, personal injury, labor/employment, wills/estates, fraud/malfeasance, real estate, corporate, zoning, banking and family law cases in state and federal administrative, trial and appellate venues. He represents individuals and corporations in wide variety of legal matters in state and federal courts. He has served as General Counsel to both an environmental testing and consulting business and a major metal recycling corporation, and has represented major satellite providers in numerous anti piracy lawsuits. He engineered and facilitated the acquisition of a lead smelting corporation with multiple liabilities by its former parent, a Fortune 500 company. He represents corporations in dealings with regulatory officials, and negotiates contractual agreements with corporations and private parties. David has participated in over 100 mediations, arbitrations and settlement conferences.

David currently focuses his practice in Collin County, Texas, but also litigates cases in Dallas, Denton and Tarrant Counties.
